RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unopened.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, opened bags of soil, compost tea, microbial products, mycorrhiza, fertilizers, and other biological products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

The shipping box
The shipping label
The damaged product

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sacred Soil Asia.
